When enrolling a student in the Tamaqua Area School District, it is beneficial to both you and the staff if you bring the following documents to the District Office.

  • Proof of Residence (driver's license, current utility bill with address, tax bill)
  • A Copy of Your Child’s Immunization Records
  • A Copy of Your Child’s Birth Certificate

After completing the online enrollment form, please submit the following to aquick@tamaquasd.org to complete the enrollment process.

Student's Birth Certificate

Student's Immunizations

Parent/Guardian's proof of residency

 

Please notify the District Office of any change of address you may have as soon as possible for accurate student information.
