When enrolling a student in the Tamaqua Area School District, it is beneficial to both you and the staff if you bring the following documents to the District Office.

  • Proof of Residence (driver's license, current utility bill with address, tax bill)
  • A Copy of Your Child’s Immunization Records
  • A Copy of Your Child’s Birth Certificate

 

Please inform the District Office of any address changes as soon as possible to ensure accurate student information.

After completing the online enrollment form, please submit the following to aquick@tamaquasd.org to complete the enrollment process.

  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Student's Immunizations
  • Parent/Guardian's proof of residency
