It is easiest for me to reach out via email, so please make sure to update your contact information at the beginning of the year. If a phone call is necessary, I can be reached from 2:30-3:00. If I am at a meeting or helping a student, please leave a voicemail, and I will return your call in the near future.
As parents/guardians, you also have the ability to check your student's grades on Focus. Please do so on a weekly basis so that you can see if there are any issues.
Your student's success is a three-way street: The student, the teacher, and the parent.
Parents of virtual students: Please remember that just because your student pushes the "turn in" button on an assignment doesn't necessarily mean that he/she attached the document. Therefore, I recommend going into the assignment to see what is actually being turned in. Please contact me anytime with any issues.
