    A selection that gives information or facts about real topics
     
    Fantasy
    Fictional stories that have some elements that are not true or cannot happen in this world--such as
    talking animals, dragons, fairies, etc
     
    Biography
    The author tells the story of a real person's life
     
    Realistic Fiction
    Stories that can be true to life, but are mostly from the author's imagination
     
    Mystery
    A suspenseful story about a puzzling event that is not solved until the end of the story
