    Hello! My name is Mrs. Tubbs and I currently teach Autistic Support at West Penn Elementary School.  I am excited to begin a new school year and look forward to both working with some of my previous students, as well as meeting new students with their own talents and abilities!  

    A little about me, I finished my Master's in Special Education at Lehigh University in January 2010 and was very fortunate to be given an opportunity to begin working at Tamaqua Elementary School in February 2010.  Prior to working at Tamaqua, I worked with adults who have disabilities in a residential setting for approximately 4 years.  I am very excited to be here at Tamaqua and enjoy the students and families I have the opportunity to work with on a daily basis.  When I am not in school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our crazy kids, Angel, Carter and Amelia. I look forward to another great year in Tamaqua School District!
