After completing the online enrollment form please submit:
The student's birth certificate, immunizations, and parent/guardian's proof of residency, to aquick@tamaquasd.org to complete the enrollment process.
When enrolling a student in the Tamaqua Area School District, it is very helpful to both you and the staff if you bring the following documents to the District Office.
- Proof of Residence (drivers license,current utility bill with address, tax bill)
- A Copy of Your Child’s Immunization Records
- A Copy of Your Child’s Birth Certificate
Please notify the District Office of any change of address you may have as soon as possible for accurate student information.
